Situated in an imposing six-storey building in the heart of Mayfair, our offices provide a welcoming home for teams of six to twelve people. Unlike any other, our offices are set in the heart of a curated luxury business club which will cater to your every need.
With high-specification meeting rooms and fine dining suitable for C-Suite clients, you can be assured of a superior experience, complete with all the services you might require to support you in your work, leaving you and your team to focus on what really matters – your business.

We offer unique premium working and leisure environment across 5 floors from which individuals and teams can conduct business, meet with clients and entertain.

HAY HILL is also home to 3 floors of boutique fully serviced offices – our residents can enjoy all the benefits of a serviced office plus the added bonus of a membership to the club.
Meeting Rooms
We offer 9 high-specification meeting rooms available to be book by the hour, with capacity from 4 to 18 people. All meeting rooms are fully serviced and available to reserve via our members’ app.
CLUB WORKING
HAY HILL is based in the centre of Mayfair, nestled amongst some of the most iconic and famous private members clubs in the world. However, whilst many others shun business activity, we embrace it. We offer our clients a new concept – ‘ clubworking ‘ which offers the exclusive leisure space and social networking of the typical London members clubs, combined with all amenities of a high-end work environment. RESTAURANT
The restaurant provides our members and their guests with a delicious all day dining experience. Under the watchful eye of Head Chef Glen Bartholomew, our expertly crafted seasonal menus combined with our locally sourced fresh ingredients come together to form the kind of gastronomic dining experience you can only find in Mayfair.
HAY HILL also hosts corporate events, presentations and private & company dinners.
BAR
Carved from an old bank vault, the recently renovated bar at HAY HILL offers a luxury atmosphere in a fantastic Mayfair location. The Bar is home to a distinctive selection of wines, beers, bespoke cocktails and exceptional bar food, offering the ideal place to take a pleasant break during the day or to unwind and relax in the evening.
ROOF TERRACE
No Mayfair members club is complete without a fabulous outdoor terrace, and HAY HILL is no exception. Our perfect sun trap overlooks the famous Berkeley Square and offers a private place to enjoy a glass of something cold throughout the warm months.
LOUNGES & WORKSPACES
As a business club, HAY HILL has several lounges and a quiet workspace all designed to enable members to get the most out of their day. Unlike regular co-working spaces, HAY HILL has a full service food & beverage offering which provides catering to all of our spaces. Coffee or lunch during your meeting? MEMBERS EVENTS
We compile an extensive collection of monthly member events, catered towards members’ professional and social needs. From talks with business leaders, networking evenings and workshops, through to live music evenings, cigar club, whiskey tastings and wine club there will be an event to cater for every taste. Depending on the format of the event, members are allowed to bring guests – this is client entertainment, sorted!
