Getting started
- Connect to the wireless network called “12 Hay Hill Guest”
- Ensure you have your username & password to the Papercut print management service. If you don’t have this, please refer to the FAQs below
- Add the printer called Members_Printer. Instructions for all operating systems (Windows, Mac OSX, iOS and Android) can be found in the FAQ’s below
- To release the print job from the queue visit the printer located on the 1st floor, log in at the welcome screen with your username and password and select release job
Top Tip: For ease of logging into the printer, your membership card can be linked to the system. This can be done by tapping your membership card on the card reader at the printer and following the onscreen instructions which will ask you to enter your username and password.

Can I print from my mobile device?
Yes! Please connect to the “12 Hay Hill Guest” Wifi network. For Android visit Client Setup. For iOS devices you can use Air Print and more instructions can be found here. Note: You will need your username and password to authenticate with Papercut. -
How to print from a Windows PC?
While connected to the “12 Hay Hill Guest” Wifi network click here and follow the Windows setup instructions.

How to print from a Mac OsX?
- Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
- Click the Plus icon under the Printers List.
- The Add dialog is displayed. This dialog displays a list of all of the discovered printers on the network.
- Select a printer.
The Name (Members_Printer), Location (Print Room), and Use is displayed. - Check that Use is set to Secure AirPrint.
- If Secure AirPrint is not displayed:
- Close the Add dialog.
- Disconnect from the network.
- Reconnect to the network.
- Try again. If you still cannot see Secure AirPrint, contact Membership.
- Click Add.
- Print your document. When prompted enter your PaperCut username and password.
Note: If you enter the wrong authentication details, MacBook devices do not show any warning message, your job will simply not print. If your job doesn’t print, check the Print Queue dialog. If the print job is there and has the message Held for authentication, click the Retry icon then re-enter your login details.
Note: If you are using account selection, then additional configuration is required. Contact your system administrator for more information.

Please reference the registration notification sent to your email account or alternatively request your password from Reception
Your username can be found in the registration notification sent via email. Generally, it follows the format first letter of first name dot last name. E.g. John Smith is j.smith -
How can I check my print credit balance?
Please visit the following link and log in with your username and password. -
How can I delete documents sent to print by mistake?
This can be done by logging in to the printer by entering your username and password. -
How can I scan a document to an email?
Log in to the printer by entering your username and password and select the scan feature.
